I am certified in the Amherst Writers Method for facilitating writing workshops and hold my generative writing classes in a special way to ensure that every participant feels supported and cared for as they write. What does this mean?

My workshops are for everyone!

You can expect in my workshops to be supported by the following:

1. Everyone has a strong, beautiful, unique voice.

2. Everyone is born with their own creative genius.

3. The practice of writing belongs to all people. You do not need to be from a certain economic class or educational level to create powerful writing.

4. Understanding the craft of writing (aka writing techniques) can be done without damaging a writer’s confidence, self-esteem, or their original voice.

5. A writer is anyone who writes!!
