I think I have always been a visual artist — I remember disappearing into sketchbooks from a very young age, but my true pursuit of painting came when I finished my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Work degrees. I was in search of a hobby and found a passion that soon became a small business.

These days, I love a variety of art mediums: linocut, sketching, sewing, acrylics, watercolours, and more! However, if I was going to choose a favourite, I would pick watercolours.

I am currently working on illustrations for a children’s book about prairie birds (pictured on the left!) and illustrations for my full-length book of poetry.
