Gracefully Serene at Ochre Pit Cove | Original Acrylic Painting

CA$150.00
Only 1 available

This painting was created en plein air or on location at Ochre Pit Cove.

The day was absolute sunshine, but oh so windy. This piece was created in the shelter of Ochre Pit Cove harbour, on the edge of the wharf. Painting this piece attracted the curiosity of many locals, who walked down to see. This particular boat caught my eye, as the orange buoys were mirrored on the smaller rowboat. The rocky sea wall made a amazing backdrop.

This acrylic painting was created on handcrafted paper, using saltwater from the Atlantic Ocean to mix the colours. The painting measures approximately 5x7 inches and features deckled edges.
